• Returns must be initiated by the customer.

• Ensure the products are in their original condition and packaging.

2. Pack the original products securely in their original packaging.

3. Return the items to the following address through Post/Courier:

4. Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.

• Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment within 5-7 days after the return is approved.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
